Scattered.
Docs in one tool, tasks in another, the plan in a spreadsheet, the decisions somewhere in a chat.
Write together in real time and run projects in databases with six views. Ask Tilo, the AI, to draft, find, summarize or fill in a table: it works from your team's pages and comments, and marks every change for you to keep or undo.
Tilocto opens to everyone on 1 December 2026. Pre-registration opens soon on this page. · Have an account? Sign in

Docs in one tool, tasks in another, the plan in a spreadsheet, the decisions somewhere in a chat.
A copied table is old the moment it's sent. A week later nobody can tell which copy is the real one.
If you can't see what an assistant changed on your team's page, nobody can trust it.
Tom runs the beta, Lucy the launch emails, Emma the pricing page.
Can we give the beta group one more week? @Tom
Yes, the build is ready on the 4th. I've moved the dates in Launch tasks.

When a row is added or changed, on a schedule, or with a click: an automation reads the workspace, does what you described and records why it ran, what it changed and what it cost. A public form lets people outside the team add rows; reminders and notifications reach everyone's phone.
Automations the AI sets up for you stay off until you turn them on.
Record a meeting in the browser: a transcript that names who said what, then a summary with the decisions and tasks, written under the note.
An endless board for workshops and planning: cards with real blocks, sticky notes, arrows, frames, and your databases right on it.
Start from ready-made ones for teams (meeting notes, a project plan, a company wiki, OKRs, hiring, weekly reports) or turn any page or row into a template. New fills in today's date and the week.
Each of 49 features can be switched off. It leaves the menus and the AI's tools; what you already made stays.
This box runs the parser Tilocto uses in ⌘K. What you type never leaves this page.
In the app this line becomes a row in your Tasks database, with a reminder if you gave a time.
In a shared workspace only its owner deletes pages for good, publishes them or makes admins; pages members make belong to the workspace's owner, so nobody leaves with them.
Row-level access rules on every table. Turn on two-step sign-in and the database itself gives nothing until the code is entered.
Encrypt a page's content in your browser with a password only you know. Titles, sub-pages and files aren't encrypted; a lost password can't be recovered.
No ads or trackers in Tilocto, nothing sold, and this page connects to no other site. Embeds you add to a page (YouTube, Figma…) load under their own terms.
Export everything as one zip (Markdown); deleting your account deletes your pages, your files and everything else.
What others wrote, emails and web pages are given to the AI as information, not instructions; automations the AI sets up stay off until you approve them.
On 1 December 2026, for everyone. Pre-registered people are let in earlier, from 24 November, in the order they signed up; you'll get a link by email when it's your turn. Pre-registration opens soon on this page.
Pricing will be on this page by mid-November.
Yes. Invite people to a workspace by email, each as an admin, editor, commenter or viewer: editors read and write its pages and edit together live, commenters comment, viewers read. Share a single page with someone outside the team as a guest, to read or to edit, without giving them the rest.
It's made for teams that work together on pages and databases. People in a workspace have roles (admin, editor, commenter, viewer) that the database itself enforces, and the owner and admins see a year of the workspace's activity: who made, moved or deleted pages, who joined, changed role or left. Some things larger companies often need aren't there yet: single sign-on (SSO), provisioning people from a directory, and an admin view across many workspaces. The interface is in English. You can write, search and talk to the AI in other languages too, and search finds words with or without their accents.
Your account, pages and files are stored in Frankfurt, Germany (EU), and the app's server functions run there too. When you use an AI feature, the content involved goes to the provider you picked: Anthropic for Claude, OpenAI for ChatGPT. Two things happen without you starting them, unless you switch them off in Settings → Features: your pages' text goes to Voyage AI so that search by meaning works, and images and PDFs you add are read by the AI so that search finds their text. The privacy policy lists every service and what it receives.
It installs from the browser as an app (it's not in the App Store). On iPhone, notifications need it on the Home Screen (iOS 16.4 or later).
After opening it once, your recent pages stay on the device: read and write offline, and changes merge when you're back. The AI and live editing need a connection.
Yes: it imports a Notion export zip as it is, with pages, databases and their rows, files and the links between pages; Markdown and CSV files too, Word documents and Google Docs, a Confluence space's HTML export with its page tree and attachments, and notes from Obsidian, Bear and OneNote with their folders, links and pictures.
